The next Bulahdelah Show will be held on 20th and 21st November 2026.
The Bulahdelah Show is an agricultural show held annually in November of each year, showcasing local agriculture and bringing together the community and visitors.
Our show holds a reputation for being an exceptionally managed event, presented on our picturesque grounds and built on generations of enthusiastic volunteers. As a not-for-profit organisation, we rely on volunteers and sponsorship to ensure our event remains successful and beneficial for our community.
We host a wide range of entertainment, competitions, community showcases, and fun activities for our community to enjoy.

Sponsors and Volunteers Wanted
The Bulahdelah Show relies on our community to ensure that our event is a success.
As a not for profit incorporation, we rely on donations and sponsorship to fund our event. All supports are welcome and with a range of benefits available.
Beyond the volunteer committee, each year we have volunteers helping out with a range of activities on the weekend and in preparation for our show, including:
- Canteen
- Fencing duties
- Pavilion, and so much more!
Camping at the Bulahdelah Showgrounds
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A FREE CAMPSITE AND SITES CANNOT BE PRE-BOOKED
Camping is available throughout the year at the Bulahdelah Showgrounds for a fee with both powered and unpowered sites available. There is a maximum stay of 3 nights with sites available on a first come, first served basis – bookings are not available.

History
The town of Bulahdelah was established around 1880 with the main activities revolving around the dairy and timber industries.
In the early 1920’s the Bulahdelah branch of the Agricultural Bureau conducted their first show and for many years the annual show has been the main focus for the community. Unfortunately, the show was suspended for a few years during the 1970’s but in 1983 the Bulahdelah Show Society was reformed and has been organising our Bulahdelah Show ever since.
Since then, our show has been voted as one of the Top 10 Shows in NSW and is a key event on our region’s calendar.
